2024 Moto Heroes
GNCC Racing is proud to continue bringing an AMSOIL MotoHero to each round of the 2024 series. Racers, fans and industry personnel are welcome to nominate themselves or someone they know for this prestigious honor, who is either currently serving in the military, retired from the military, or is a first or former first responder. A new Moto Hero will be recognized at each GNCC event.
A new GNCC AMSOIL Moto Hero will be recognized at each event and will receive the official Moto Hero plate, a $500 Kanati Tires product gift certificate, a $250 AMSOIL shopping spree, plus a commemorative American Flag courtesy of Columbia Flag and Sign company and $200 Gift Certificate for their online store.

2024 AMOSIL Moto Heroes
Round 1 - Big Buck - Paul Burfeind
The AMSOIL Moto Hero was awarded to Paul Burfeind from Ghent, New York during the 8 am race on Sunday. Paul was racing in the Warrior Class, and finished nineteenth in his class at the conclusion of the race. Paul is a Cold War Veteran, who was a sergeant in Germany. He was also part of the nuclear missile transportation and setup during the war with Russia. Paul received an AMSOIL Moto Hero plaque, a $250 AMSOIL Shopping Spree, a $500 Kanati Tires production gift certificate, some Fasst Company swag gift items along with a commemorative American Flag from Columbia Sign and Co. as well as a $200 certificate to their online store. Round 2 - Wild Boar - Eric Stickles
The AMSOIL Moto Hero was awarded to Eric Stickles of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania on Saturday afternoon at the start of the 2 pm pro race. Eric enlisted in the Navy in August of 1989, and then he enlisted himself into the Army in 2002. Eric has received a handful of medals and ribbons including: a National Defense Service Medal, a Southwest Asia Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star, an Armed Forces Medal, an Army Service Ribbon and a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. He served in Operation Enduring Freedom and in Operation Desert Storm. Eric is part of the Red Bear Racing Pit Crew, and received a $250 AMSOIL Shopping Spree, a $500 Kanati Performance product certificate, a commemorative American Flag courtesy of Columbia Flag and Sign Company as well as a $200 Gift Certificate for their online store.
Round 3 - The General - Casey Campbell
The AMSOIL Moto Hero at The Specialized General GNCC was awarded to Casey Campbell from Andersonville, Tennessee. Casey is Staff Sergeant in the Air Force. He is part of the Tactical Response Force and SeeSAR for the 20th Air Force Global Strike Command. Casey received a $250 AMSOIL Shopping Spree, a $500 Kanati Performance Tires gift certificate a commemorative American flag courtesy of Columbia Flag and Sign Co. as well as a $200 gift certificate from them. He also received a Fasst American Flag Flex bar pad, and t-shirt courtesy of Fasst Company.
Round 4 - Camp Coker Bullet - Matt Modic
Today at the FMF Camp Coker Bullet, Matt Modic was honored as the AMSOIL Moto Hero before the start of the 10 am race. Matt is from Chardon, Ohio and was racing in the Warrior class where he finished second on the day. Matt was a specialist in the United States Army, and he served as a combat engineer in the Army Corp of Engineers. His company was part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Matt received a $250 AMSOIL Shopping Spree, a $500 Kanati Performance Tires gift certificate as well as a commemorative American flag courtesy of Columbia Flag and Sign Co along with a $200 gift certificate for their online store.
