The following penatly has been imposed at the Buckwheat 100, held on Aug 31 - Sept. 1, 2024:
[1] Racer: Kaden Wharff
Class: ATV 4x4 Pro
Violation: Early Start
Penalty: Held 15 seconds @ end of first lap
Facts: Wharff was held at the end of the first lap for starting his engine early on the start of the race, in violation of Section F.8 of the GNCC Pro Competition Rules: Start Procedure – Early Starts. Although they were all able to shut down their engines before the green flag, the penalty still applies.

RE: 2024 GNCC PENALTY REPORT: RND 4 – CAMP COKER
The following penalties has been imposed following the Camp Coker GNCC held on March 23/24, 2024:
[1] Racer: Brycen Neal
Class: ATV XC1 Pro
Violation: Reckless Riding
Penalty: Warning
Facts: On the first lap of the race, Neal slid through the fencing at the end of Pro Row and into the general spectating area, where fans were standing, in violation of Section I.11 of the GNCC Pro Competition Rules: On-Track Regulations – Reckless Riding, which provides that “[n]o racer may ride in such a manner as to endanger life or limb of other racers, officials or the public.” Neal failed to maintain control of his machine in an area with a high concentration of fans. No one was injured.
[2] Racer: Steward Baylor, Jr.
Class: Bike XC1 Pro
Violation: Exceeding the 25-foot course rule
Penalty: (1) position
Facts: Baylor was penalized one (1) position for exceeding the 25-foot course rule on the second lap of the race, in violation of Section I.1 of the GNCC Pro Competition Rules: On-Track Regulations, which provides that “[r]acers must remain on the marked course. The marked course is within 25 feet of race arrows.”
[3-5] Racer: Jordan Ashburn, Josh Strang & Liam Draper
Class: Bike XC1 Pro and XC2 Pro
Violation: Early Start
Penalty: Held 15 seconds @ end of first lap

RE: 2024 PENALTY REPORT: RND 1 - BIG BUCK GNCC
The following penalties has been imposed following the Big Buck GNCC held on February 17/18, 2024:
[1] Racer: Hunter Hart
Class: ATV XC1 Pro
Violation: Reckless Riding
Penalty: Probation for the remainder of the race season
Facts: During the race, John Glauda and Hunter Hart were battling for 2nd place. Upon approaching Pro Row, Hart hit Glauda from behind, causing Hart to lose control of his machine and hit a truck causing considerable damage, in violation of Section I.11 of the GNCC Pro Competition Rules: On-Track Regulations – Reckless Riding, which provides that “[n]o racer may ride in such a manner as to endanger life or limb of other racers, officials or the public.” Hart failed to maintain control of his machine in an area with a high concentration of fans, causing property damage.
