2024 eMTB Ironman GNCC Competitors

Earlier today a competition Bulletin was posted. Upon further review the previous bulletin required additional explanation as to how the points are being awarded. Prior to the eMTB race on Friday October 25 there was a meeting held with the racers in attendance, that race the series, to discuss the possible make-up race due to the cancellation at the John Penton GNCC.
There were several options discussed and voted on:

Option 1   Run a make-up race on November 2nd at High Point Raceway.
Option 2   Do nothing and score the series as 7 rounds.
Option 3   Make the Ironman race double points.

Option 1 and 2 were voted down
Option 3 was approved

The spirit and intent of the double point award was to replace the John Penton round.  Thus, points will be awarded as a race and NOT double points for one race.

The scores have been adjusted accordingly and are final.
